The Manager, Instructional Design (ID), leads a small team of talented instructional designers and plays a key role in successfully meeting learning and development priorities that support the growth of our business and employees. This role manages the portfolio of instructional projects while directing, coaching, and supporting instructional designers to create high-quality learning experiences for PitchBook employees and customers. They will also work as a “player-coach” designing learning solutions on a limited number of projects. A successful candidate will combine their experience from people management, designing and measuring the effectiveness of learning solutions, and knowledge of design methodologies, processes, and tools to serve the learning needs of a fast-paced, global business environment.

Compensation
*Starting pay will be based on several factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be different ranges for candidates by location.
Working Conditions:
The job conditions for this position are in a standard office setting. Employees in this position use PC and phone on an on-going basis throughout the day. Limited corporate travel may be required to remote offices or other business meetings and events.
